Who is eligible for a residence permit?
A Residence Permit is issued to a person who -
(a) is not a prohibited immigrant;
(b) has a family or domestic connection with Seychelles;
(c) has made or will make special contribution to the economic, social or cultural
life of Seychelles.
What is the procedure to obtain a residence permit?
- You have to get the residence permit application form from the immigration division in the Independence
house or it can be found
below. The application form should be completed in
duplicate.
- Then submit the forms back to the immigration division with a fee of Rs500/- .
