Pinnacle Point Holdings, an international company incorporated in South Africa, won the bid for the development of Ile Aurore. The project will include an 18-hole golf course, resort facilities and possibilities for luxury villasplus a marina.

Negotiation of the Lease and Commercial agreements between Pinnacle Point Holdings and the Government have started and the Lease Agreement is expected to be signed before August 1, 2007.

The Government received three tenders for the project and the proposal of Pinnacle Point Holdings was accepted in view of its more superior concept.
